10th anniversary Tournament (?)

Hi all. I'd like you to take a closer look at this screen shot:

To some of you this might look familiar: It is the very first public post that has been published on Mastersleague site! If you take a closer look at the date it was posted you also might notice that we are very close to our 10th anniversary (yay)!

Of course not all if not a very good portion of the time things were not that rosy due to many things. But what the heck - we are still here Wink

So while we are still here we might just as well start thinking about the possibility of an anniversary tournament.

I know that the site is still in shambles. Furthermore I myself have not had the time to really take a thorough look on what is currently going on in RoN and how the player base currently looks like. That's why I need your input, thoughts and ideas.

So please just let me know your thoughts on such an event, what you would like to see and how you think it can be accomplished. Every inoput and opinion is welcome. So please do not hesitate to add your 2 cents.

Yeah i think its very possible...!! I mean we need more poeople to come back of course but there was already one hosted tournament , I mean it went smooth but it certainly was just a first RON EE Tournament.

Thanks for the input Tiba!

Thanks for the input Tiba!

Since I was away for quite some time I was not/am not fully aware of what is going on in RoN world Wink So please keep me updated on where to look and what to look for. No need to have a double-effort when things are going on already someplace (I am still busy recreating the old tournaments to give the new players / visitors an idea what a the tournaments looked like - Competitions).

I was thinking on starting "slow" with a nice and small 1v1 tournament like the R.A.I.D and Fast R.A.I.D tournaments a couple of years ago and then see how and where things go. Ideally it would lead to something like a 1v1 ladder or a - relaxed - 1v1 league eventually to have something regular going on which keeps the players busy and interested in the game. But this is pure speculation. Right now it doesn't even look close to anything like that Wink

This reminds me: Check out

This reminds me: Check out the (unfinished) Competition page and go to "Fast R.A.I.D. Vol. II". This was the last planned tournament which unfortunately never took off. Everything is set up and prepared already though - even the rules. I know that there was supposed to be a biig surpriseĀ  setting concerning the nation selection - I just cannot remember which one anymore Wacko

Why not simply continue where we left off? Preved

The 1v1's cause it will be simple to set u up Smile That looks nice though how its set up! Lovin it!Good

The rules are nice. I like how it would be played out in one day rather then the whole month/every weekend..
